Drastic Changes..... are sometimes good

Okay, first of all, I took this picture yesterday afternoon at 4:00PM. This is the thermometer on my back porch, in the shade.

We have broken records for seven of the last eight days. This is the end of September for cryin' out loud!

Went to bed last night with the promise of a cold front moving in. This morning at 6:00AM, went out on the porch with my tea. It was like entering another world. Windy and 68 degrees. Thank Gawd!!!

Possible severe thunderstorms today, which always happens when the fronts move in quickly. I hope that we've seen the last of summer!
